Tododo is a todo and planning app. This policy explains what data Tododo collects, why, and how it is handled when you use the website and app.

• Account details — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Your content — the todos, projects, lists, tags, notes, and related data you create in the app.
• Usage analytics — privacy-conscious product analytics (pages viewed, features used, anonymous identifiers) to understand and improve the product.
• Diagnostics — error and crash reports, including the error message and a technical stack trace, so we can fix bugs.

We use your data to provide and operate the app, sync your workspace across devices, keep your account secure, fix issues, and improve features. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your todos for advertising.

Your workspace data is stored on our reactive backend infrastructure. Analytics and error diagnostics are processed on a self-hosted analytics instance operated for Tododo rather than a third-party advertising network.

When paid plans are available, payments are handled by our payment processor. Tododo does not store your full card details; they are processed securely by the payment provider.

Tododo uses local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (like theme), and maintain anonymous analytics identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. To request deletion of your account and associated content, contact us and we will process the request.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
