01 · Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Tododo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02 · Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
03 · Acceptable use
- Do not use Tododo for unlawful purposes or to store illegal content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service or API.
- Respect the rights of others when sharing lists, projects, or collaborating.
04 · Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Tododo. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you.
05 · Plans and payments
Some features and plans may require payment. Pricing and terms for lifetime and subscription plans are described at checkout. Where required by law, applicable refund rights apply. Payments are handled by our payment processor.
06 · Service availability
We work to keep Tododo reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features over time.
07 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tododo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Keep your own backups of anything critical.
08 · Termination
You may stop using Tododo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
09 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
